HD repair and towing went above and beyond their duties when me and my wife broke down at 11:00 at night coming back from Las Vegas the the tow truck that could haul our car was out on a job and was unavailable so the tow truck driver warmed us inside his truck and gave us a ride to the nearest hotel that was 28 miles away and proceeded the next day to try and diagnose our car they turned an extremely what could have been bad experience into a very pleasant one by far the best tow truck experience I have ever had and the prices were excellent and more than fair . I would give this establishment 10 stars out of five if it was possible.

Austin came out into the middle of the Alvord desert to fix a flat tire we had on our budget rental van. He made quick contact to see where we were and fixed everything right on the desert. Would highly recommend!

Blew two trailer tires and both on the same axle. I was on hwy 95 close to Rome OR where there’s no phone service in that area. Anyways I had no choice but to call HD road service and it was Sunday. On the phone I told him I need 2 tires & one rim and the total cost. So at least I can make arrangements with payment. Dude showed up with two tires on two steel rims. Only one of my rim was bad and the other one was okay. Well installed what he had. Probably 30mins he was done. Charged me 2k for two used tires & used rims, plus $68 for using my card. Not even close to what we agreed on the phone. I don’t think that was fair price for me but at least he got me rolling lol

Family road trip stayed on schedule - with a major roadside breakdown and HD Repair had us fixed and on the road within 24 hours (parts needed from different state). HD Repair is our family’s go-to for anything automotive or towing related. On a Sunday evening, when we were stranded on the side of the road, Pete drove over an hour one way to troubleshoot and repair our big rig. We’ve had HD Repair fix the A/C on our TDI Beetle and right now we have another vehicle there getting diagnosed. I highly recommend HD Repair and Towing. Especially if you’ve got a big rig in a difficult situation. Pete is a bear of a man, I mean sometimes I get mistaken for a bear, but this guy is a beast. From a Fiat to a Freightliner, a Kia to a Kenworth, a Mini Cooper to a Mack - he can wrassle it like a calf and get the job done like a pro.

I had a coolant leak that stopped me on my tracks. Pete & his team came out to tow my Semi & trailer back to his shop. Then Andy dropped me at the closest hotel 30 MI away. They were able to plug the leak & fix what caused it by the next day. Since I already had mail coming to me. I asked Pete to order the DEF heater line that they plugged, Which he did. They had the new DEF heater line installed by the end of the week. The bill for the whole thing, towing & repairs, was more then reasonable. I can't recommend HD Repair & Towing enough.

Pete went above and beyond to help us when our truck broke down and we were stranded with no service. Pete was able to tow us and made arrangements for our 38ft 5th Wheel.

On February 7, 2025, I allowed my 53' semi trailer to slide off HWY 78 south of Burns, OR. My load consisted of 70' utility power poles with a net weight of 61,000 lbs. HD Repair responded quickly to the scene, after determining the south bound lane was blocked and the scene required immediate action. They coordinated with OR DOT and secured the highway with flaggers and proper signage. After degerming the and the hauling unit was to heavy for getting back on the roadway, I made arrangements for a self loader equipped pole truck to transfer the load to its trailer. After it was unloaded, HD Repair returned with their heavy wrecker and quickly recovered the tractor and semi trailer up on the highway. I was impressed with the attitude of the HD Repair crew including the flaggers. They had been up all night covering truck accidents and it was amazing how incredibly professional and courteous they were after such a long night and day. If that were me, I would have had a hard time functioning at all, much less responding and recovering so many truck wrecks in the previous 20 plus hours. They also operate a repair shop for heavy trucks, and I will recommend them for all aspects of their operations.

Our skoolie was dead alongside the road. Pete arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had us rolling again in no time. Knowledgeable, friendly, and informative, we’d definitely call him again - but we hope we don’t have to.
